Every role on Palet is a real, paid opportunity. Companies that demand unpaid “test projects,” free pitches, or work-for-exposure before an offer don’t get listed — no exceptions. If a listing asks you to work for free to be considered, it isn’t here.

We only list roles where you apply direct with the studio or company that’s actually hiring — no staffing agencies, no reposted middleman listings, no roles that quietly got filled three months ago. If it’s on the wall, it’s open.

Some are posted natively by companies; many more are curated daily by our team from across the web. Either way, every listing links straight back to the source, so you always apply where the decision gets made.

Level, location, type, and — whenever it’s shared — salary, shown before you click apply. We’ll nudge companies to disclose pay because listings that hide it underperform, and because you deserve to know what a role really is before you spend an evening on the application.
