What Palet is

Palet is a job board that helps creatives discover roles at startups, studios and brands. Some listings are posted by companies; many are curated by our team from across the web. Every role links out to the hiring company, where you apply direct — Palet is not an employer, recruiter, or agency, and we are not a party to any hiring decision, offer, or employment relationship.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information, and let us know if you spot unauthorised use. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live to create an account.

Acceptable use

When using Palet, you agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download listings or user data without our written permission.
• Post false, misleading, or discriminatory content, or roles you're not authorised to advertise.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the board to send spam or to impersonate a person or company.

Listings & applications

We work to keep listings accurate and honest, but we don't guarantee that any role is current, complete, or still open, and we're not responsible for the content of external sites you apply on. We curate for quality — no recruiters, no spec work, no ghost listings — but the ultimate responsibility for a role sits with the company posting it.

Posting a role

If you submit a role, you confirm it's a real, paid opportunity you're authorised to advertise, and that it does not require unpaid "test projects" or spec work. Every submission is reviewed by a human before it goes live. We may edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion — for example, if it breaks these terms or our curation standards.

Intellectual property

The Palet name, brand, design, and original content are ours. Listing content belongs to the companies that provide it. Don't reuse our brand or content without permission.

Disclaimers & liability

Palet is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything arising from your use of external sites, a company's conduct, or a hiring outcome. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service over time; material changes will be reflected in the date above. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can stop using Palet and delete your account at any time. Questions? Email [email protected].
