Cookie Policy
Last updated: 8 July 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies palet.so uses, and how you can control them. We keep the list short on purpose.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Some are essential for the site to work; others help us understand how the site is used. We use both categories, sparingly.
Strictly necessary
When you sign in, we set a secure, HttpOnly cookie that holds your session token so you stay logged in. It can't be read by JavaScript, isn't used for tracking, and can't be turned off without breaking sign-in.
Analytics
We use PostHog to understand which pages and roles people find useful and to improve the product. This includes aggregate usage analytics and session replay with input fields masked, so we don't capture what you type into forms. We don't use advertising cookies and we don't sell your data.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers let you refuse non-essential cookies. Doing so won't stop you browsing the board, but signing in requires the strictly-necessary cookie above.
Changes
If we change the technologies we use, we'll update this page and the date above. Questions? Email [email protected].
